Light Them Up! - (PER + AoE PER + Sunburn, 36s, 2 CD).Royal Soul / Enlightened Sword - (Soul for Ally NER + Random Protection, 20s, 1 CD) / (Sword for 35 Light dmg + 3-Turn Death Countdown + Self Evasion, 40s, 3 CD).Royal Splatter - (Team NER + Evasion, 44s, 2 CD).Recommended Moveset i'm about to en passant your ass Good Support with NER, Random Protection, and Evasion.Infinitely spammable Ally Random Protection skill.She is outclassed in the rest of her restricts though, but that shouldn't deter you from using her if you need someone to remove effects in a pinch to counter an enemy base. Water does need more strong options with more modern stats so she helps out quite a bit there. Overall Empress Luthien is a pretty good Support/Curser hybrid who, while completely outclassed in PvP by better Supports with more in their skill kits, can be a decent War pick. One more thing to note is due to her Supportive and Curser nature, she can be an incredible holder of the Revival Talent Black Moon. Her Relic Slots are also quite good, offering plenty of Stamina replenish and draining options in Staff, and Banner offering plenty of good Supportive picks in general. Her trait then is abysmal, one of the worst we've seen in a while, so it's a very good thing then that her skill kit is good because her trait doesn't help her whatsoever. The Random Protections and Evasion are also very useful while the Death Countdowns are a bit gimmicky, but depending on the scenario can be a little bit useful. The NER and PER in her kit is probably the best aspects as they are staples of any good Support or Curser. On the Curser side she can PER her opponents in many ways and she even has a Single + AoE PER, she applies 3-Turn Death Countdowns to her enemies which they need to NER quick or else they're in trouble, and she applies Sunburn.
When it comes to her Support, she can NER her allies, provide them with Random Protections (of which you can roll some insanely good effects if lucky), and apply Evasion. Empress Luthien is a surprisingly good Light/Water Support/Curser who, despite being a F2P Pass monster, has a pretty solid skillkit.
