This can be a second Apple ID used only for beta access. In addition, to prevent testers loading beta versions through third-party sites and profiles, Apple will require an Apple ID enrolled in the beta program.
Changes for Beta testers: Testers can go to Settings > General > Software Updates and choose whether to have no beta updates, Developer Beta updates (if applicable), or Public Beta updates.
Support for web push notifications: Web apps saved to the Home screen will be able to receive live updates (if users grant permission).
